#CMT# #/CMT# The device has an input section (3) traversing a wall (14) of a flow chamber (7) and rotatably cooperating with a driving unit e.g. motor, and an output section (4) contact with a driving shaft (2) e.g. pump shaft, and inclined of an angle (alpha) with respect to the input section. A sealing envelope (8) covers the crank shaft to inside of the chamber. A set of bellows (9) is provided for assuring the flexibility of the envelope to an intersection between axes (d1, d2) of the input and output sections, and a rigid sleeve (10) prolongs the bellows in an outer direction of the output section. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sealing device for transmitting a rotating movement of a crankshaft towards a driven shaft to a chamber. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Sealing device for transmitting a rotating movement of a crankshaft towards a driven shaft to a flow chamber. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device utilizes the bellows whose portion uses number of restricted number of annular elements to make the sealing envelope stable. The eccentric of the inclined portion end can be increased by proportion of the length of the rigid sleeve because this portion of the envelope does not affect the rigidity of the envelope, thus reducing the required effort for rotation of the shaft by increasing the arms of the lever.
