PURPOSE: An in-line skate capable of comfortable walking is provided, which enables a user to comfortably walk in stairs and slope while wearing the in-line skate. CONSTITUTION: An in-line skate capable of comfortable walking is constituted as follows. When changing wheels of the in-line skate into operation state and non-operation state, if a fixing device of the front is over turned, a movable frame moves back by a spring. The link connected to the wheel and movable frame is moved, the wheels are moves upward. If the moved frame is pushed to the front, the wheels come down again and the fixing device fixes the movable frame.
