LEVEL SHIFTER USING LATCH CIRCUIT AND DRIVING CIRCUIT OF DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A level shifter using a latch circuit and a driving circuit for a display device including the same are provided to reduce distortion of a signal by setting a first control signal, a variable voltage, and the shift sections of each variable voltage not to be overlapped. CONSTITUTION: A switching unit selectively outputs an input signal to a first output terminal in response to a first control signal. A power circuit(120) generates the variable voltage whose level is varied in a level shifting operation in response to a plurality of second control signals. A latch circuit performs the level shifting in response to the input signal and the variable voltage which are selectively outputted. The shift sections of the first control signal and the variable voltage are not overlapped. The latch circuit includes a pair of inverters. The pair of inverters are connected in parallel between the first output terminal and the second output terminal in the opposite direction.
