PURPOSE: An optical sheet, back light unit and liquid crystal display device comprising the same are provided to improve the uniformity of luminance through the diffusion of the light. CONSTITUTION: The reflection-type polarizing film(110) plays the role of transmitting the light which is incident from the light source or the role of reflecting. The reflection-type polarizing film comprises the first layer(111) and the second layer(112) including polymer. The second layer is located near the first layer. The second layer comprises the polymer having the first layer and the other refractive index. The first layer is composed of the polymethyl methacrylate. The second layer is composed of the polyester. The first spreader(120) diffuses the light which is incident through the first spreading particle(122) from the external light source. The first spreader comprises the first light transmitting material(121).
