INCLINED-SLIT SPECTROGRAPH

摘要

The spectrograph has a multichannel inclined detector (7) e.g. charge coupled device (CCD) type detector, detecting light beam diffracted by a calculated grating (8) e.g. concave holographic grating. The detector has a window (6) via which the diffracted light beam is transmitted, and a part of the light beam generates multiple reflections on the window or between the window and a sensible surface of the detector. An inclination unit avoids parasite spectrum to eliminate the reflections, and a compensation unit compensates the loss of spectral resolution generated by the inclination unit.
