PURPOSE: An X-ray inspecting apparatus for a secondary battery is provided to immediately separate and eliminate a secondary battery which is defective, to inspect plural rows of secondary batteries one time, and to improve test rate and effectiveness. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray inspecting apparatus(100) for a secondary battery comprises: a transfer unit(110) which consecutively transfers a secondary battery; at least one X-ray source(103,105) for irradiating X-ray to the secondary battery; at least one X-ray detector(107,109) for detecting an image which is reflected when X-ray transmits the secondary battery; and a controller(119) which controls the operation of the X-ray detector and X-ray source. |
