PURPOSE: A functional tile and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize the moisture absorption and moisture proofing effect by making a tile of loess having an antibacterial function and a deodorization function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a functional tile is composed of the steps of: mixing loess of 40~60wt%, diatom soil of 30~35wt%, crushed glass of 5~10wt%, frit of 2~5wt%, sodium phosphate of 2~7wt%, and rice bran of 1~3wt%(S10); mixing so that the moisture content of the mixed mixture is 5~7wt%(S20); forming the mixed mixture(S30); drying the molded product(S40); plasticizing the dried product in the high temperature(S50); spreading glaze on the surface of the plasticized product(S60); plasticizing the glazed product in the low temperature(S70); and forming the plasticized product(S80). |
