PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a drink for reducing hangover is provided to remove the specific fishy smell of seaweed, thereby improving the preference to drink. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a drink for reducing hangover comprises the steps of mixing Hizikia fusiforme, brown seaweed, kelp, jujube, Acanthopanax sessiliflorus, Hovenia dulcis and Polygonatum odoratum in a ratio of 1:1:1:0.5:2:1:0.1~0.2 by weight; injecting the mixture into a container containing water; heating the mixture at 230~330°C for 3~4 hours to evaporate water; and collecting the remaining product and packaging it. |
