To provide a game device with which it is possible to enhance the gameplay using light intensity. A game device 1 displays a character on a display part 10, and also, when the character is not displayed, it is possible to once again display the character which was not being displayed by changing the light intensity input by means of an optical sensor 40. Furthermore, the game device 1 makes it possible, when there is an attack from a character, to avoid the attack from the character by increasing or decreasing the light intensity input by means of the optical sensor 40 a fixed number of times within a prescribed period of time. In addition, the game device 1 makes it possible to change the character which is displayed on the display part 10 in accordance with the light intensity which is input by means of the optical sensor 40. |
