PURPOSE: A spinning device, a nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus including the same, and a nonwoven fabric manufacturing method using the same are provided to produce nonwoven fabric consisting of small fiber diameter, and to offer economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A spinning device includes one or more liquid discharge part(E1) and one or more gas discharge part. The liquid discharge part discharges spinning liquid. The spinning device further includes a liquid pillar-shaped hollow part and a gas pillar-shaped hollow part. The liquid pillar-shaped hollow part has an end part located on the liquid discharge part. The gas pillar-shaped hollow part has the end part located on the gas discharge part.
