BIO BAR-CODING SENSING DEVICE USING SILICON NANOWIRES AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sensing bio bar-coding are provided to quickly and accurately perform analysis of bar-coding DNA isolated from gold nanoparticle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sensing bio bar-coding comprises: a magnetic part which removes protein by magnetic separation of reactant; and a separation part which separates bar-coding DNA attached on gold nanoparticle. A method for producing the bio bar-coding sensing apparatus comprises: a first step of forming silicon nanowire on a substrate having thermal oxide film; a second step of depositing electrode; a third step of exposing partial electrode which exists at lower portion; a fourth step of etching partial exposed electrode to exposure the particle for silicon nanowire; a fifth step of activating the surface of the silicon nanowire; and a sixth step of attaching complementary DNA on the activated silicon nanowire.
