<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive structure of a harness holding portion capable of stably holding a harness by a simple forming die without use of a slide die. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of the harness holding portion is constructed as follows: A door inner panel 1 corresponding to the harness housing space 29 between a pair of ribs 27 erected on the panel face 1a of the door inner panel 1 inside a compartment is molded of a non-expansive solid layer 31. The door inner panel 1 on the anti-opposition side of the pair of ribs 27 is molded of an expansive layer 33 expanded so that its thickness is larger than the thickness of the door inner panel 1 corresponding to the harness housing space 29. The residual stress from the molding of the expansive layer 33 is exerted on the rib bases 27a from the anti-opposition side. Thus, the tips 27b of the ribs are brought closer to each other to incline the pair of ribs 27 and make the spacing between the tips 27b of the ribs narrower than the spacing between the rib bases 27a. A harness is inserted into the harness housing space 29 so that the tips 27b of the pair of ribs 27 are pushed and opened, and is housed and held there. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
