PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pulling up weeds, capable of surely and efficiently pulling up weeds. SOLUTION: This device for pulling up weeds is obtained by disposing an insertion shaft 2 and a cutting blade 4 on the lower end of a rotation shaft 1 capable of being suitably attached to a rotation means, allowing the insertion shaft 2 to coincide with the rotation axis 1e of the rotation shaft 1, forming the cutting blade 4 from a blade-attaching portion 4a and a blade portion 4b in a 7-shaped form and disposing the blade portion 4b so as to rotate around the insertion shaft 2 in an inverse conical shape.
