<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to generate a lot of electric energy in the same space by forming photoelectric units in both surfaces based on one reflective electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first photoelectric unit(300) is formed in a first surface of a first electrode(200). A second electrode(400) is formed on the first photoelectric unit to face the first electrode while interposing the first photoelectric unit. A second photoelectric unit(500) is formed on a second surface opposite to the first surface of the first electrode. A third electrode(600) is formed in the second photoelectric unit to face the first electrode while interposing the second photoelectric unit. The first photoelectric unit includes a first n type silicon layer, a first intrinsic silicon layer, and a first p type silicon layer. The first n type silicon layer is formed on the first surface of the first electrode and is doped with the n type impurity. The first intrinsic silicon layer is formed on the first n type silicon layer. The first p type silicon layer is formed on the first intrinsic silicon layer and is doped with the p type impurity.</p> |
