<p>PURPOSE: A shift register and a scanning driving device using the same are provided to form a scanning signal through one clock signal and a reverse clock signal of the clock signal. CONSTITUTION: A first transistor(M1) is connected to a first node, receives a negative power voltage, and performs an on/off operation according to a previous carry signal. A second transistor(M2) receives a clock signal or a reverse clock signal, performs an on/off operation according to a voltage of the first node, and forms a scanning signal. A third transistor(M3) receives a clock signal or a reverse clock signal, performs an on/off operation according to a voltage of the first node, and forms a carry signal or a reset signal. A fourth transistor is connected to the first node, receives a positive power voltage, and performs an on/off operation according to a subsequent reset signal. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the positive power voltage and the first node. A second capacitor is connected between the first node and the second transistor, and controls a voltage of the first node through coupling.</p> |
