<p>PURPOSE: A method for producing reaction mixture of nucleic acid-involving reaction catalytic enzyme is provided to massively produce reaction mixture in a specific space regardless of season and place. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing reaction mixture of nucleic acid-involving reaction catalytic enzyme comprises: a step of drying reaction solution containing nucleic acid-involving reaction catalyzing enzyme or a step of concentrating the reaction solution containing the nucleic acid-involving reaction catalyzing enzyme then drying. The nucleic acid-involving reaction is amplification reaction, reverse transcription reaction, DNA ligation, nucleic acid lysis enzyme-mediated reaction, DNA methylation, topoisomerase-mediating reaction or telomerase-mediating reaction.</p> |
