MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY 57-C11 SPECIFIC TO UNDIFFERENTIATED HUMAN EMBRYONIC STEM CELL

摘要

PURPOSE: A monoclonal 57-C11 which specifically binds to undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells is provided to remove the stem cell during cell therapy. CONSTITUTION: An undifferentiated human stem cell-specific monoclonal antibody 57-C11 contains variable region of heavy chain(VH) having amino acid of the sequence number 6 and variable region of light chain(VL) having amino acid of the sequence number 8. A hybridoma which produces the monoclonal antibody 57-C11 or its antigen binding site contains B cell fused in immortalized cells from transformed non-human animal which has genome containing heavy chain and light chain transgenes.
