POLYESTER FIBER, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND CONJUGATE FIBER ARTICLE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Polyester fiber, a manufacturing method thereof and conjugate fiber product using the same are provided to offer drape, polishability and clear dyeing property and to reduce manufacturing cost of the polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION: Polyester fiber includes barium sulfate. The average particle size of the barium sulfate is 0.01 μm ~ 2 μm. The content of the barium sulfate inside the fiber is 0.3~5 weight%. A manufacturing method of the polyester fiber includes a polymerization process and a melt spinning process. The manufacturing method of the polyester fiber further includes a step for inputting barium sulfate. The polymerization process includes a step for manufacturing slurry which is a compound of ethylenglycol and terephthalic acid, and a step for esterification reaction, and a polycondensation step.
