PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide and a combiner that can easily be housed in a limited space and can easily adjust it and having superior loss characteristic or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of branching waveguides 50, having 1st and 2nd T branches placed on the same transmission axis of 1st and 2nd output terminals, are connected in a direction of the transmission axis the 1st and 2nd output terminals, one-stage of cavity resonator or over is fitted to a coupling hole provided in the same direction with respect to the same transmission axis at each of the 1st and 2nd T branches, and each of one end of the one- stage of the cavity resonator or over is used for an input terminal. Furthermore, one frequency adjustment and mode setting screw (37, 41) or over to adjust the resonance frequency and to set the transmission mode is provided to one stage of the cavity resonator or over, and one of the frequency adjustment and mode setting screw or over is provided to faces which do not face opposite each other between the cavity resonator fitted to the 1st branch 50a-1 in the same branch waveguide 50 and a 2nd T branch 50a-2.
