PURPOSE: A face plate floating device of a corrugated board box shaping machine is provided to prevent productivity from lowering by facilitating periodic replacement of a face plate worn away due to the contact with a cutter in a shaping machine consecutively cutting a corrugated board in a development figure. CONSTITUTION: A face plate floating device of a corrugated board box shaping machine comprises a lower plate(23), a floating unit(30), and a controller(50). The lower plate is faced to a wood plate(22) and supports the face plate(24) to be detached and has a through-hole. The floating unit is connected to the through-hole of the lower plate through a pipe and provides the pneumatic force due to an air compressor. The controller comprises a pushbutton(52) for power control on the air compressor of the floating unit and applies the pneumatic force on the bottom surface of the lower plate under the same conditions. |
