PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a bamboo leaf tea ice cream, and the bamboo leaf tea ice cream prepared by the method are provided to obtain the various function of bamboo leaf. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bamboo leaf tea ice cream comprises the steps of mixing ice cream components with a bamboo leaf tea component selected from a bamboo leaf powder, and an extract of a bamboo leaf powder in water, ethanol or their mixture solvent; and freezing the obtained mixture. The amount of the bamboo leaf tea component is 0.1 ~ 5.0 weight%. The bamboo leaf powder has an average diameter of 50 mesh or more. |
