PURPOSE: A system for offering a phone log community service with a mobile terminal is provided to offer a community space for the mobile terminal regardless of time/space by keeping continuous management for a phone log community. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(110) stores data for a phone log. The phone log provides a community for a mobile terminal. If a phone log mode set signal is received, a setting unit(120) sets a state of a receiving terminal to a phone log mode. If a call request signal is received from an originating terminal, a determiner(130) determines the state of the receiving terminal. If the state of the reception terminal is the phone log mode, a controller(140) transmits phone log data to an originating mobile.
