PURPOSE: A motor cooling device of a motor driven power steering system is provided to cool down a motor effectively by circulating cooling air compulsorily to the inside and the outside of a motor using the driving force of a motor, and to prevent the damage caused by the overheat of a motor and the stoppage of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A motor cooling device of a motor driven power steering system contains a fan(16) installed to a motor shaft(13) of a motor to be rotated integrally, an air circulating pipe(17) circulating the inside air of the motor to the outside of the motor using the rotary force of the fan, and many heat diffusion fins(18) installed to the air circulating pipe in the longitudinal direction.
