PURPOSE: A leak preventing unit of a fluid supply tube is provided to prevent the release of a combining nut due to the heat of a chemical solution and the vibration of a pump by combining a lock unit to a body and a combining nut. CONSTITUTION: A leak preventing unit of a fluid supply tube is composed of a fluid supply tube(4), a body(110), a sleeve(10), a combining nut(120), and a lock unit(130). The fluid flows inside the fluid supply tube. The end of the fluid supply tube is combined to both sides of the body. The sleeve is inserted into the end of the fluid supply tube to fix the fluid supply tube to the body. The combining nut is formed in the outer circumference of the fluid supply tube. The combining nut is combined to a screw thread of a male screw(112) of the body side and controls the contact degree between the fluid supply tube and the body. The lock unit is combined to the body and the combining nut and prevents the release of the combining nut.
