SUBSTANCE: device includes underground chamber with mixing and displacement zones, casing, water-feeding and brine-taking strings of pipes placed vertically according to principle " pipe-in-pipe " and open from below in underground chamber. Device has branch pipes for injection of solvent, non-solvent and for tap of condition brine located in entrance of borehole. Lower section of water-feeding string of pipes is manufactured in the form of diffuser with row of ribs whose longitudinal symmetry plane is positioned along normal line to surface of diffuser. Lower section of brine-tapping string of pipes is linked to main section of this string of pipes with the use of adapter and has several rows of holes and insert coming in the form of overturned truncated cone bordering with its upper base on its internal surface above upper row of holes. The latter is located in area of maximal thickness of section of ribs. Outer diameters of casing, water-feeding and brine-tapping strings of pipes relate as 1:0.67:0.45 and outer diameters of casing string, lower base of diffuser, lower section of brine-tapping string of pipes and lower base of insert is 1:(0.7-0.94):(0.5-0.63):(0.33-0.45) or preferably 1: 0.75:0.52:039.
