PURPOSE: A character input display device and an information terminal device with the same are provided to easily change characters that a user wants to input according to a need of the user. CONSTITUTION: At least one display unit(170) indicates a character corresponding to input mode. An input mode selecting unit(150) selects the input mode by a user. A control unit controls the display unit to display a character corresponding to the input mode. In the control unit, a character corresponding to the input mode selected by the input mode selecting unit is set. At least one input unit(180) corresponds to the display unit. The input unit inputs the character displayed on the display unit by the user.
