PURPOSE: A Fourier transform base pager estimating method and an apparatus thereof for removing direct current offset influence are provided to accurately estimate the pager of the signal by removing the influence by direct current offset in input signal. CONSTITUTION: A separating unit(130) divides samples about one cycle data of input signal into two or more sample groups. A DTF(Discrete Fourier Transform) unit(140) performs DFT about the sample groups. A DC(Direct Current) offset computing unit(170) computes the direct current offset in the input signal based on DFT. A pager estimating unit(180) estimates the pager included in the input signal and removes the error from the DFT.
