PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount an incoming call notifier at a position capable of sensing the vibration of the notifier by constituting the alarm mechanism in the incoming call notifier of a motor and the wt. fixed to the output shaft thereof and providing the wt. in the exterior cover of the motor. SOLUTION: The incoming call notifier attached to the belt of a wristwatch in a detachable manner has an alarm mechanism consisting of a motor and a wt. member 23. The motor has a cylindrical magnet 1 constituting a rotor and the outer peripheral surface of the magnet 1 is divided into (n) portions in a circumferential direction to be alternately magnetized as S- and N-poles. The output shaft 7 becoming the rotor shaft of the magnet 1 is fitted in the fitting part 1e of the magnet 1 under pressure to be fixed to the magnet and integrally rotated along with the magnet 1. The wt. member 23 having a shape becoming non-equilibrium mass with respect to the center of rotation is positioned within the inner diameter part 20c of a cover 20 and protected by the cover 20 so as not to be touched carelessly from the outside.
