摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting structure of an electric power-assisted bicycle, capable of reliably and easily detachably holding a battery in relation to a bicycle frame without providing a protrusion such as a clamp mechanism or a heavy load on the battery. SOLUTION: A battery holder 87 is provided with a receiving plate part 871 to be loaded with a battery 2, a back plate part 872, a pair of right and left side plate parts 873, a pair of right and left first flange parts 874, and a pair of right and left second flange parts 875. The battery holder 87 is fixed to a seat frame 71 at the first and second flange pats 874, 875. A buckle 88 is supported by a lateral oscillating shaft 93 freely oscillatable in relation to the first flange parts 874, on the opposite side to the receiving plate part 871 across the seat frame 71. Both ends of a snap ring 89 are held in the deviated positions 92 separated from the oscillating shaft 93 of the buckle 88.
