THE MANUFACTURE METHOD OF EURYA EMARGINATA EXTRACTION FRACTIONS INCLUDING RENGYOLONE

PURPOSE: A method for producing extract fraction of Eurya emarginata containing rengyolone ingredient is provided to ensure effects of preventing and treating atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing extract fraction of Eurya emarginata containing rengyolone comprises: a first process of extracting stem of Eurya emarginata with methanol, collecting supernatant, decompress-concentrating and suspending with distilled water to produce Eurya emarginata extract; a second process of fractioning with hexane, ethyl acetate, buthanol, and water in order; a third process of selecting ethyl acetate fraction; and a fourth process of fractioning with hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, methanol then selecting dichloromethane fraction. A composition for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis contains the Eurya emarginata extract fraction.
