PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing a convenient ordering/delivery service via a bidirectional TV receiver are provided to maximize the profit of a provider that supplies a product or service while more increasing the user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(150) receives a signal for an easy button input related to advertisement contents or a broadcasting TV program. According as the signal related to the easy button input of a TV viewer, an order request management unit(130) extracts contact information of the TV viewer. A contact information provider(140) transmits the extracted contact information to a terminal device of a service provider who is related to the broadcasting program or the advertisement contents. |
