PURPOSE: An optical imaging system equipped with a mobile optical path switch and a mobile communication device applying the same are provided to attain miniaturization easily by sharing the most of optical systems with different camera modes. CONSTITUTION: A first optical system(100) includes a pickup unit. A second optical system(200) includes a first incident lens. The first incident lens irradiates light for representing an image of a first subject. A third optical system(300) includes a second incident lens. The second incident lens irradiates the light representing the image of a second subject. A mobile optical path switch(400) is selectively operated in a first or second mode.
