METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) manufacturing method for using an ion beam orientation method is provided to prevent indication error and maintain big orientation-regulating force by reducing an orientation error domain. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) having an input and output terminal is formed on a first substrate. A pixel electrode(191) connected to the output terminal is formed. The organic film is laminated on the pixel electrode. A first orientation film(11) arranges a mask on the organic film and irradiates ion beam on the organic film. A common electrode is formed on the second substrate by forming a first alignment layer. The second alignment layer is formed on the common electrode. The liquid crystal layer is formed between the first and the second alignment layer.
