An input is received of a workforce supply for the organization. An input is also received of a workforce demand. The workforce demand includ es an organizational direction of the organization, including strategic plannin g and current performance of the organization, and includes productivity levers, which include productivity metrics for each of the functional areas of the organization. A workforce gap is forecasted by comparing the workforce demand to the workfor ce supply.
