furniture production. SUBSTANCE: sofa-bed has back and seat pivotally connected one with the other and mounted on carcass. Seat and back are divided along axis of symmetry into two sets which may be turned in opposite directions in horizontal plane by means of doubled crank mechanism secured to carcass. Upper corners of set backs or front corners of seats are interconnected by means of pivot joint. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, reduced sizes and convenient usage. 3 cl, 5 dwg
