PURPOSE: A print paper for preparing sticker is provided, which can print desired picture or photography by using water ink. So it can prepare easily sticker printed picture of desired form by using color printer at the home or office. CONSTITUTION: The print paper for preparing sticker is preparing from the steps of; (i) coating starch adhesive layer(20) on the thin paper(10); (ii) coating base chip film(30) by oil paint on the starch adhesive layer(20); and (iii) coating surfactant agent layer(40) on the base chip film(30). When it prints picture with water ink on the base chip fim(30), water ink is adsorbed on the base chip film(30) by surfactant agent.
