PURPOSE: A method of identifying spoilage of foodstuffs is provided, which uses a sticker having a material whose color is changed when the material reacts with a gas or liquid produced from the food spoilage. CONSTITUTION: The spoilage of foodstuffs can be judged by processing a sticker type of paper or plastic with a material of which color is changed when the material chemically reacts with a gas or liquid produced from the food spoilage and attaching the sticker inside a packing paper having a transparent window. Only by attaching and detaching the sticker, harmful germs of unpacked farm and fish products or remaining agricultural chemicals can be detected.
