摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic peripheral velocity increasing device of a grinding stone having a decreased diameter by machining is provided to keep quality of product regular and to enhance quality and reliability of a grinding machine remarkably by increasing the peripheral velocity of a grinding stone having a decreased diameter by diamond machining to grind a work piece at a start peripheral velocity all the times. CONSTITUTION: An interval between first/second moving dies becomes narrow by rotation of a transfer shaft as the diameter of grinding stones(1,2) gets smaller by grinding. A sensor(51) detects movement of a rod(50) on the second moving die when the rod moves together with the second die. An inverter(60) receives the detected signal to drive a first motor(43). The transfer shaft connected with the first motor rotates. The interval between the first/second moving dies gets narrow in proportion to the decreased diameter of the grinding stones by rotation of the transfer shaft. Thereby, first to third corrugated pipes are expanded and contracted to prevent impurity from flowing into an inner space. The inverter increases the RPM(revolution per minute) of second/third motors(32,33) automatically by transmitting signals thereto after receiving the sensor signal.
