PURPOSE: A double-stable lipid lamellar composition containing polycosanol or water soluble polymer bound-polycosanol is provided to ensure high stability and use in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical field. CONSTITUTION: A double-stable lipid lamellar composition contains 0.1~20 weight% of polycosanol or water soluble polymer-bound polycosanol. The polycosanol has 20 or more carbon atoms in fatty acid. Water soluble polymer is polyethyleneglycol, polyoxiethylene or polyglyserine and the molecular weight is 7,000-10,000.
