PURPOSE: A noise reduction device of a motor driven power steering system is provided to decrease the operating noise occurring on a tilt bearing when steering a steering handle and to improve the ride comfort of a vehicle by restraining the movement of a tilt bearing, which supports a worm gear shaft to be rotatable. CONSTITUTION: A noise reduction device of a motor driven power steering system contains a coupling(13) connecting a driving shaft(11) and a worm gear shaft(12) of a motor to be rotatable integrally, and an elastic body composed of a plate spring(15), or, a leaf spring and supporting the worm gear shaft and a tilt bearing(14) elastically to be rotatable.
