PURPOSE: A tool holder for a turret tool plate is provided to easily and consecutively control eccentricity while a tool holder is combined to a disk by combining an eccentricity control unit at front and rear sides of a tool holder. CONSTITUTION: A tool holder for a turret tool plate comprises an eccentricity control unit(10). The eccentricity control unit is combined to front and rear sides of the tool holder. The eccentricity control unit is composed of an eccentricity control pin, a block(12), and a fastening bolt(14). The eccentricity control pin has a head unit(11a) and a body part(11b). A latch groove(11c) is formed in the cross section of the head unit. The head unit of the eccentricity control pin is combined to the block. A key(13) combined to front and rear key grooves of a disk is formed. The combining bolt fixes the bock to the tool holder.
