CASTING MATHOD USING THE RESIN COATED SAND

PURPOSE: A casting method using resin coated sand is provided to reduce the consumption of resin coated sand and perform minute casting by forming a reinforced sand wall around a mold manufactured of resin coated sand and injecting molten metal for casting within the mold in a vacuum condition. CONSTITUTION: A casting method using resin coated sand comprises followings. A thin mold is manufactured of resin coated sand(S10). A vacuum flask vacuumizing the inside of the mold is formed(S20). The mold is formed inside the vacuum flask using sand and is reinforced(S30). The internal space of the mold is vacuumized(S40). The molten metal for casting is injected into the vacuumized mold and the casting is molded(S50).
