PURPOSE: A soft alloy layer formation device and a method thereof are provided to form the soft alloy layer on the inner surface of a base metal by melting a soft alloy member. CONSTITUTION: A soft alloy layer formation device comprises a base metal support(20) and an arc generating unit(30). The base metal support rotates on a central axis(42) of the inner circumference of a base metal(40). The arc generating unit is fixed in a certain distance from the inner surface(41) of the base metal, and generates arc in the gap. The base metal support rotates the base metal. A soft alloy member(50) is fused by the arc generated by the arc generating unit so that the soft alloy layer(15) is formed on the inner surface of the base metal. |
