PURPOSE: One touch silicon molding cap for an LCD panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve workability by easily combining the molding cap with each corner of the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: An external base layer(110) for a metal material covers the corners of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and has a bent shape. An internal coating layer(120) is composed of a silicon material. The metal which forms the base layer is a flexible stainless steel. The silicon which forms the coating layer is opaque in order to emit light and is embossed. |
