摘要 PURPOSE: A soil compaction management system using an accelerometer is provided to prevent the problem caused by the insufficiency of a compaction construction in advance and to reduce the compaction cost and period. CONSTITUTION: A soil compaction management system using an accelerometer is composed of the accelerometer, a soil compaction evaluation unit, a communication control unit, and a control unit. The accelerometer is installed in a wheel of a compaction roller to measure the accelerations of three axial directions. The soil compaction evaluation unit converts the acceleration value measured by the accelerometer into the CV(Compaction Value) which indicates the relative compaction rate by an algorithm program. The communication control unit transmits one signal to the control unit by matching the CV and the real time position information of the compaction roller. The control unit analyzes the signal received from the communications control unit and transmits the analysis result to the compaction roller operator.
