PROMOTERS OF GENES AND TRANSCRIPTION FACTORS SPECIFICALLY EXPRESSED IN CALLUS OR REGENERATING CALLUS OF RICE

PURPOSE: A gene promoter or transcription factor which is specifically expressed in callus or differentiating callus of rice plant is provided to control artificial gene modification. CONSTITUTION: A composition for specifically expressing gene in callus or differentiating callus of rice plant contains a promoter having one base among sequence numbers 1 to 4 or a transcription factor having sequence of the sequence numbers 5 to 7. The composition contains a recombinant plant expression vector having a promoter of one sequence among the sequence numbers 1 to 4. A method for expressing a foreign gene in callus or differentiating callus of transgenic rice plant comprises: a step of inserting the foreign gene into a recombinant plant expression vector, and a step of transforming the foreign gene-inserted recombinant plant expression vector to rice.
