PURPOSE: A constant temperature bath device is provided to dispose a refrigerant storage chamber within a tank storing refrigerant and control a circulation refrigerant amount of a refrigerating system through the refrigerant storage chamber, thereby optimizing a constant temperature of the fluid within the tank in low and high temperature zones. CONSTITUTION: A constant temperature bath device comprises a tank(60), a heater(70), and a refrigerating system. The heater and the refrigerating system control the temperature of the fluid stored in the tank. The refrigerating system comprises a compressor(10), a condenser(20), an expansion device(30), an evaporator(40), a storage chamber(C), and a valve unit(90). The compressor, the condenser, the expansion device, and the evaporator are successively connected through a main pipeline line so as to form a cooling cycle. The storage chambers are arranged within the tank, and respectively connected to a compressor outlet and an expansion device inlet through a special sub pipeline. The valve unit controls inflow of refrigerant into the storage chamber and outflow of the refrigerant from the storage chamber.
