PURPOSE: An electric power generating device using tidal power is provided to semipermanently produce energy without environmental pollution using the tidal power of the sea. CONSTITUTION: An electric power generating device using tidal power comprises a float tank(2), a linear cam(20), a plunger pump(30), a hydraulic motor(60), a generator(70), and a hydraulic oil tank(80). The float tank ascends and descends with tidal power. The linear cam operates with a seesaw frame(10) and moves in the opposite direction of the float tank. The plunger pump is located to be closely connected to a driver of the linear cam. The plunger pump supplies hydraulic oil by the ascent and the descent of the linear cam. The hydraulic motor is rotated by the hydraulic oil of the plunger pump. The generator rotates with the hydraulic motor. |
