ARRAY SUBSTRATE OF ORGANIC THIN FILM TRANSISTOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An array panel for an organic thin film transistor LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and a manufacturing method thereof using polymer as a semiconductor layer are provided to improve the driving characteristic of the organic thin film transistor by replacing a source electrode and a drain electrode. CONSTITUTION: The top of a metal oxide film pattern is composed of a data line, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. The pixel electrode is in direct contact with the side of the drain electrode. An organic semiconductor layer(140) is located on top of the overlapping drain electrodes(132, 134). A gate insulation pattern(145) covers the organic semiconductor layer and a gate area. A gate line(120) is located on top of the gate dielectric layer pattern.
