PURPOSE: A probe is provided to perform a pitch conversion due to deflection by forming a lead part using a flexible material. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board having a circuit pattern is formed with a disc shape. A reinforcing plate is positioned between the printed circuit board and a protective board. A slit guide part is positioned in a hollow part of a central region of the reinforcing plate. The reinforcing plate is coupled in the printed circuit board by using a coupling member. The slit guide part includes a plurality of slits for fixing a probe. The probe is inserted to each slit, and includes an inserting part(410), a lead part(420), a probe supporting part(430), and a tip part(440). The inserting part is inserted to a through hole of the printed circuit board. The lead part is extended from the inserting part, and is made of a material having flexibility and elastic restoring force. The probe supporting part is extended from the lead part. The tip part is extended from the probe supporting part. |
